1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and Surgga33 ("Platform", "we", "our company"). This document governs your access to and use of the website surgga33.net, mobile app, games and all related services we offer.

Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts along with the forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• You are fully responsible for keeping your username and password confidential.
• All activity that occurs within your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access through your negligence.

• Minimum Deposit: RM10 for most payment methods.

• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member themselves.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, any funds associated with the violating activity may be forfeited. Legitimate balances unrelated to the violation will be returned to you once the investigation is complete.
